1. Shipping Locations
1.1 We currently ship to all locations within India.
1.2 International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
2.1 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2 Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2.3 During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
3.2 We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹498 within India.
4. Delivery Time
4.1 Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days for metro cities.
4.2 Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require an additional 3–5 business days.
4.3 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
5.2 Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us with your order details.
6.2 We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve any shipping-related issues as quickly as possible.
7. Address Information
7.1 Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
7.2 Replex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions
8.1 We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
9.1 If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged package and product.
9.2 If your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
